Dear Parents and Visitors, 

We are delighted to introduce you to Sulhamstead and Ufton Nervet Church of England (VA) Primary School. Here at SUN we encourage our children to develop a love of learning, with creativity, curiosity, resilience and integrity. They do this whilst being nurtured to be responsible and respectful. We are truly invested in supporting the needs and interests of each individual child, and we make every effort to ensure the children feel happy, valued and safe.

Our vision 'Dream, Believe, Challenge and Achieve' encourages us to all to work together to be the best we can be.  Our staff are friendly and committed, and our children are polite, motivated and love learning. We welcome pupils of any faith or none, and value our close ties with our local CE church, village neighbours and wider community. 

We are set in picturesque grounds in the beautiful West Berkshire countryside between Reading and Newbury - only a three-minute drive from the A4, or five minutes from Junction 12 of the M4. Our catchment area is wide and many of our pupils live in Burghfield Common, Burghfield Village, Mortimer and other surrounding villages.

We hope our website gives you an idea of who we are, but we always welcome visitors to see us in action! We hope you love our school as much as we do.
